After a bad loss to Ipswich at home last year we could with putting this right with a win today. With the two managerial styles philosophies styles being quite similar it will most probably prove to be a close game. If we can continue to keep edging these close games then we have got a chance of getting one of those auto promotion spots at the end of the season.

Third game in a week syndrome, and Bruce has already mentioned it. I've noticed a decline of that "Terry" confidence boost already. Johnstone has gifted a couple of goals due to silly errors, and I don't expect us to keep a clean sheet at the moment.

Bruce appears to be getting our experienced players to tough it out on match days, and at the moment after a reasonably easy run of games it's been just enough to claim the points. This philosophy will be tested over the next few weeks against better teams.

Minimal training and "putting your boots on, while rolling your sleeves up" will only get us so far. We need to trust some younger fitter players soon, before the old legs give out.

2-2 today.

Fairly sound performance, defensively we were a bit of a worry though.
