My son and I have played with the children, watched cartoons and just dipped in and out of text coverage for the match. This would have been unthinkable a couple of seasons ago.

With most clubs you know as a fan what they're trying to do, and you can buy into the journey they're on. As a Villa fan that is no longer possible because we've been marginalised to the point where we've become bystanders.
