Remi Garde obviously thinks that he's sorted his best team. One change, Gestede for Sinclair which is a positive, but FOUR central defensive midfielders again (even though Veretout will probably get forward as well).

We're relying on luck to win this one again!

Hutton will continue to get to the corner flag and try to be our main supplier even though 95% of his crosses go to the opposition, leaving us ridiculously vunerable at the back as usual in his abscence.

Not really surprised by the selection, won't be surprised if we lose it.

Gestede coming in might be a step forward, lets hope his partnership with Ayew continues to blossom. Those guys are our best hope today.

Come on guys. I think you're being overly negative. We're clearly going for this. We need to drop the obsession with 4 defensive midfielders. Veretout isn't and never has been. Gana is largely a box to box midfielder. That aside it's clear that these are the okayers that Garde has identified as our best XI and the best way to get results. Let's just back them eh?!

I know things are Rubbish, but as previously said that's down to the last 5/6 years and not Garde. Come on you lions!!

He's been forced to change it now with Sanchez injury, let's see how we adapt. I thought despite a poor first 5 mins we've been good this half. As we've been saying we need a 90 min performance, so we need to keep going at them.

The commentator said straight after the goal "there's been too much space left by Villa on this side of the pitch and West Ham have finally taken advantage of it." I said that would happen a couple of hours ago before the game with the way Hutton is allowed a free role. It's bloody obvious and yet our manager can't figure it out.

For all our possession and crosses we've had practically nothing on the floor in the box. We're just hitting it in and hoping.

The work rate and desire has been excellent, but our shape and tactics have been pot luck. Adama has to come on and do what Hutton has been trying to do, and Hutton has got to play in his right back role with discipline and cohesion with the rest of the defence. Our three man defence is the major reason we're in the sh*t, and yet Garde does nothing to change it week on week!
