Garde has been saying that we have to keep Man City at bay for longer than we've been doing with other teams. I guess it was always going to be defensive.

It makes me wonder whether Remi Garde is now the most defensive manager we've had? There seems to be no plan to attack and score, unless it's a lucky set piece.

Veretout for Bacuna is the only change isn't it?

I've just watched 45 minutes of Man City trying to play a football match, and Villa refusing to join in. It may look as though Remi's plan is working, but doesn't he realise that he's guaranteeing relegation playing this way.

Somehow we have to get three points .... one point doesn't matter, neither does no points. I know it's wildly unlikely but we have to try. Saving face is the coward's way of getting relegated.
