I read what Remi said about the players "perhaps not being good enough to do what he requires", but has it occurred to him that every time he names his team the potential match winners are left on the bench. These players may not be the finished article but they have abilities that most of his selected first team can only dream about. Traore's injury makes this less of a factor, but in the previous weeks it was very relevant to "not being able to win matches". Garde needs to realise that a lot of things that he says aren't happening are because of decisions he makes.

Hands up anyone who thinks we can still avoid relegation.

I've said a number of times recently that we're already gone .... but I find myself thinking "what if we win tonight and beat Leicester at the weekend?"

It's not going to happen, but it shouldn't be totally impossible for a Premier team to go out and snatch a result!

If we could only discover the balls and application to go out on the pitch and die for the shirt .... I can dream can't I?

If we didn't have hope, what would be the point of being a fan and spending fortunes supporting them?
