Keith Wyness said this morning (to a Longbridge Lions rep) three players signing imminently 100% confirmed.

Who do we think they will be? I'll guess Jedinak, Bamford (loan), De Laet.

I think Newcastle have already tapped Forestieri up behind Sheffield Wednesday's back. He's a good player fitted with Duracell batteries. Very Happy

This would be huge for us. A great player with steel. Jedinak will help us to not get pinned in by sides which we has happened time and time again over recent years, he will also help us to keep our shape and play with more width, as he will patrol the middle of the park which will give the wider players the confidence to hold with and not feel as though they need to tuck in and help so much. He will also provide arial threat at corners, this will be great if it happens.

We're being linked with Amadou Diawara a defensive midfielder from Bologna. Suggested fee is £17million. Not sure this has the ring of truth but we'll see.

Strange one this as the player doesn't have any of the big four qualifying attributes that Dr T has outlined for incoming players. He could be a really good prospect though, if he get's his head straight.

All rather exciting and positive isn't it? Not very Villa at all haha!! New Era though and maybe time to start being excited. Love Dr Xia and Wyness liasing with fans on Twitter and not just over transfers, just in general, along with Xia's PA too, they're making a good go of 'reaching out'
