Possibly Westwood looks the busier of the two in training. Bruce hasn't seen enough of him on match days to realise the problems he causes us. Tshibola should start before him every time imo.

It's great for Gardner.

We clearly have the better players, but Blues are doing the basics far better than us. We need to win the second ball much more as they're currently picking it up 80% of the time. Westwood is looking extremely lightweight and jockeying instead of tackling. He's running around a lot which possibly disguises his ineffectiveness. We need Tshibola on to start taking midfield away from Birmingham. Adomah is a miss as McCormack doesn't look fit enough .... still, he only needs half a yard of space to make things happen (hopefully).

Well we didn't deserve anything today, so a point is a bonus. We cannot continue to continue to concede so much possession. We looked lightweight apart from Jedinak and Chester, which was disappointing.

I agree. We didn't look as fit as the opposition. I can excuse that now, because Bruce has to sort out the BMH mess, but in six weeks time there can be no excuses. We're getting agreeable results now without being 100% there under Bruce. Add in more fitness and possible January additions and we'll be a decent bet for the playoffs.

What can I say that hasn't been said, still unbeaten under Brucey.

I tried to keep a close eye on the midfield, possibly Jedi's best game, Gardner did well again & got the goal we have all been waiting for. Westwood runs for ever but unfortunately he only does that. He never gets close enough to close down unless it is when he decides to make like a rugby player whilst trying to retreive posession after a trade mark errant pass. Snatched at a chance to put us 2 up. I can see why managers like him but Tish is so much better. I can only think that Bruce wanted experience today as the occasion may become too much for some. I suspect that is why Gabby was given a reprieve & to be fair to him he did try, that makes his attitude / effort over the last 3 seasons even worse.

I have to be honest this whole giving Gabby another chance does not sit comfortably with me at all. In fact, I'm fairly pissed off about it. The only reason he's still at the club is that we can't get rid of him.
